Ms. Wright originally practiced Family Law with the Dallas law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld, LLP. She later served as staff attorney with Legal Services of North Texas, where she practiced in the area of Family Law and Mediation. In 1997 Ms. Wright established her private practice in Alternative Dispute Resolution, having facilitated more than 1000 cases, primarily involving
